Registration for XI Nordic TAG Conference at Linnaeus University in Kalmar, 26-29 April 2011
The conference starts at 12:30 on Tuesday, 26 April 2011 with the official opening and the Keynote lecture by Professor em. Stig Welinder (Mid Sweden University) on Multidisciplinarity in Archaeology.
The conference takes place at Brofästet Conference Centre, located ca 1,5 km north of the centre of Kalmar and easy to reach by foot or bus. All participants are welcome to take part in the Conference Dinner at Kalmar Castle on the evening of Thursday, 28 April.
On Friday, 29 April, the conference concludes with a number of optional excursions in our region. Registration for excursions takes place on arrival and against payment of an additional fee of ca 300 kr (cash only) for a full day excursion incl. lunch. Information about the excursions will be published in advance on the conference homepage.
Participants book their own accommodation. There is a list of hotels on the conference homepage. It is possible to stay at the conference venue Brofästet in a single room (673 kr + VAT) or double room (745 kr + VAT).
