It is harvest time in Sweden! The theme of the conference is ”Sustainable Food in Tourism and Hospitality”. Whenever possible we will, of course, be serving organic and locally produced food. The chefs have been given the task of living up to our ambitions, which will become apparent during our days together.

Cancellation policy
If a written cancellation is received on or before 31 August 2010, all fees will be refunded, minus an administration fee of € 50.
No refund will be possible after 31 August 2010, but substitute delegates can be nominated.

The Linnaeus University School of Business and Economics is located to the north of central Kalmar, about a 15 minute walk from the centre.
The address is Gröndalsvägen 19, in a series of buildings known as ”Kalmar Nyckel”.

Flying to Kalmar
If you are coming from abroad the easiest way to reach Kalmar is to fly to Copenhagen, Denmark, and from there take a direct train to Kalmar, approx 3.5 hours from Copenhagen Airport.
If you are flying to Stockholm (Arlanda Airport), the train takes approx 5-6 hours from central Stockholm. You can also fly from Stockholm to Kalmar, which takes approx 1 hour.
From Arlanda Airport you can fly SAS
From Bromma Airport you can fly Kalmarflyg (website only in Swedish)
Arlanda Airport is situated about 45 km north of Stockholm. You can reach Stockholm Central Station by direct train or bus.
Bromma Airport is located on the outskirts of the city of Stockholm. You can reach Stockholm Central Station by bus.
