Pick-up service during the official arrival days

During the official arrival days, the International Relations Office provides a pick-up service upon your arrival in Kalmar or Växjö. A student will meet you at the airport or the train station, provided that you have informed the International Relations Office of your time of arrival by the date listed in your acceptance pack. When arriving at the University, you will receive the keys to your accommodation as well as some information before you are taken to your housing.

Should you arrive after the official arrival days, you have to contact inexchange_AT_lnu.se. When you arrive you need to find your own way to the International Relations Office to pick up your keys and the information pack. This is by appointment only with the accommodation officer.
