What kind of future would I have in Bufab?
The purpose for our trainee program is to give you the opportunity to collect different experiences and reach a great knowledge of the Bufab group’s different business areas, to be able to get a qualified position in our group. It is you; your dedication and your work that decide and show the way to your possible career in Bufab.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you, who have a degree in either sales/market, management, purchase or logistics. You are interested in a future as a leader within the Bufab group. What you need is the theoretical base and a burning interest to grow and develop. You are driven, social and responsible with good language skills. You are also flexible for shifting work places, due to our different companies around the world.
The Bufab group language is English, which you should speak and write fluently. We value if you have more language knowledge as we continue to grow. Our ambition is to keep you within the group after the trainee-period, even though we cannot give any guaranties of employment.
We have great experience of working with students, and a few of them are still in our team. For example we have the former student Jaanus Öigemel who is today our MD in Estonia. Jaanus studied in Sweden and then had an internship at Bufab in Värnamo. Bufab Estonia have today a turnover for 1,6 M Euro.
What is the content of the trainee program?
The trainee program will go on for one semester, but we can also be flexible to your studie times. The program contains four blocks, with shorter and longer practice within our different departments and business areas. You would be placed at our head office in Värnamo.
