Knowledge environments in cooperative initiatives
The business sector, public sector organisations and academe can work together in shared knowledge environments to collectively create knowledge and encourage development within a specific area.
These areas can include anything from aluminium and its applications to knowledge and methodology development within youth and substance abuser care. All knowledge environments are different but they all involve large numbers of actors joining together to develop a knowledge area for the mutual benefit of all parties concerned. Linnaeus University is a member and active partner in a large number of knowledge environments.
