Change and Innovation: Behavioural Insights
15 credits
In this course, you will learn how to use behavioural insights to design innovations that help people make better decisions and adopt more sustainable behaviours.
You will explore how human behaviour works and how designers and innovators can influence it in ethical and responsible ways. By combining behavioural science with design methods, you will learn how to identify behavioural barriers, develop interventions, and test solutions in real-world contexts.
Throughout the course, you will work with tools such as behavioural insights frameworks, nudging, persuasive technology, and participatory design.
