Management and Entrepreneurship in a Glocal Context

The full-semester course in Management and Entrepreneurship in a Glocal Context consists of four different course modules: Management and Entrepreneurship in Small Business, Leadership Theories, Global Strategic Management and Corporate Social Responsibility.
The purpose of the full-semester course is to give the students:
• deeper knowledge of classical as well as contemporary leadership theories
• understanding of the entrepreneurial processes and managerial practices associated with starting and running a small business
• knowledge of business development, management and entrepreneurship in companies acting on a local as well as on a global scale
• understanding of corporations in relation to globalization, ethics and sustainability
