The course will introduce how the five senses can strategically be used to create experiential value and turn an ordinary brand into a loved one. The aim is to introduce tools so that the participants are able to develop sensorial brand strategies that can lead to emotional brand equity. The course combines personal coaching, lectures and design thinking tools.
The course period starts with Welcome and Orientation Programme 10-11 July, 2020.
