Now Ladok on the web is closed. This means that you will not be able to use the following student services between November 27 and December 10, registration for courses, registration for examinations, application for degree, result certificate/registration certificate.
The following student services will still be available: Lnu.se/student, MyMoodle and Timetable.
Why are we changing system?
The existing system (Ladok) has been in place since the early 90s and is technically out-of-date. The new system is to be technically sustainable in the long term. The system will be web-based and provide better and more secure service to students and doctoral students.
Why will I not be able to use the systems?
Between November 27 and December 10, the new system (Ladok) will be launched. This involves technical configuration of various study administrative sister systems and the verification of data. The systems must also be tested and quality-assured before they are taken into use. It is estimated that the systems will be in full use again on December 11.

Registration for courses
During the autumn term, it is important that you register for your courses before November 27.
Register for an examination
All examinations that take place between August 28, 2017 and January 14, 2018 have registration period up until October 31. After that, the examination system will close due to the change of systems and reopen again on December 11.
During the implementation of the new Ladok, there will be an interruption in the use of anonymous examinations between November 1, 2017 and January 2, 2018. After that, anonymous examinations will be back in use in accordance with earlier decision.
If you complete your studies after mid-October 2017, you will be able to apply for your degree in Ladok as from December 11.
Result certificate/registration certificate
During the autumn you will not be able to print registration certificates but must instead turn to Info center in Kalmar or Växjö and they will help you. The same applies for result certificates.
