Incidents and occupational injuries
An incident is an undesirable event or situation of an organisational, social or physical nature that could lead to health problems, illness or accidents. It can be an event where someone could have been injured but no one was hurt.
All employees and students are responsible for reporting incidents to the head of department/equivalent. The immediate manager is responsible for ensuring that the necessary measures are taken and that serious incidents are reported to the Swedish Work Environment Authority and that occupational injuries are reported to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Your HR partner can assist or you can contact the security office
