Salong FKH is a forum where the deans and invited guests talks about topical issues at the faculty and where you can ask questions and join the discussion.
2025
During 2025, Salong FKH will be held physically on-site, once per semester with “fika”.
- May 15, 14:30-16:00 (arrive at 14.00 for a guided tour of the Earth Logic Design Agency exhibition), University Library, Campus Växjö: Research and agency for change – a conversation about external collaborations, citizen science, open science and other approaches that research for change may require. The spring semester's Salong FKH is co-hosted by The Department of Design and The Cultural University. The session takes place in English.
- October 22, 10:15-11:00, Fojo, stora salen, fifth floor in house Radix, campus Kalmar. The autumn semester's Salong FKH is co-hosted by Fojo. Learn more about Fojo’s work to strengthen journalism in Sweden and around the world. Fojo will present the unique education offered to Swedish journalists, how we operate in challenging environments such as Ethiopia, and how collaboration within LNU is deepening – all within a media landscape rapidly reshaped by technology, disinformation, and geopolitics.
