About the doctoral supervisory committees at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities
The doctoral supervisory committees are preparatory bodies for third-cycle courses and programmes. Such courses and programmes are offered in three different environments: one for the cultural sciences; one for literature; and one for linguistics. Matters at this level are prepared in the relevant doctoral supervisory committee and approved by the vice-chancellor, the faculty board or the dean, in accordance with current schemes of delegation and local regulations for courses and programmes at the third-cycle level.
Documents pertaining to the doctoral supervisory committees are found on the Swedish web page.
