- The course coordinator notifys students about the dates for the exam and re-exam during the course introduction meeting.
Carrying through with a written examination
- Registration for the exam opens 30 business days before the exam date. Registration closes 9 business days before the exam date at 23:59. Registration is done through the student's Ladok page.
- Late admission for an exam is first and foremost for registered students who faild to show up in time. If the present invigilators deem that there is additional room for a certain exam unregistered students might get admitted during the second admission to the exam, which happens after 45 minutes. These students will not be anonymous during the exam.
- The exam location is sent to the students, the person who booked the exam, and the Course Coordinator via email approximately 1 week before the exam date. If this email is not received, it may be due to the student's mailbox being full or the email being marked as spam.
- No later than 3 workdays before the exam the exam is submitted through the Salstentamen-website. Then the number of exams is printed according to how many students have registered in Ladok. If the teacher does not use this method to print their exam, the course coordinator must submit a copy of the exam to the universities central archive for archiving.
After the exam
- The university uses digital archiving for written examinations, which are automatically distributed to the students. Routines for scanning exams can be found on Staff. Read more about this process on the following page:
- Students need to recive their grade no later than 15 workdays after the exam. Read more about this on Reporting grades.
