Information to contact person for staff accounts
This information is for IT's contact persons for staff accounts at the departmens and the faculty office institution. The purpose of contact persons is to ensure that orders to us are anchored and that IT to have a channel for information regarding staff accounts.
As the contact person for staff accounts, you are the one who:
- Orders new staff accounts
- Orders changes to staff accounts
- Handles closing staff accounts (if you are the contact person for closing staff accounts).
Order staff accounts
In connection with a person becoming employed, a staff account needs to be ordered. Use one of the following to order a staff account:

Order changes to a staff account
If the person's employment is in Primula, the end date and organizational affiliation will automatically be adjusted on the account, so ensure that changes to a person's employment date and organizational affiliation are updated as soon as possible in Primula.
If the person is not in Primula, you need to inform us as soon as there is a change in employment period and/or organizational affiliation. As long as the account is active and connected to your organization, the person will be on your common email lists and Employee groups.

Closing staff accounts
A staff account is inactivated 7 days after termination of employment.
The month before a staff account expires, you, the contact person for termination of staff accounts, will be contacted to let us know if the account is to be extended or closed.
About a month before the account expires, information is also sent to the person who has the account about what they should consider before their account is deactivated.

If you wish to change or add more contact persons for staff accounts, you order it via this form:
