Business law and contract issues

Do you need help with any contract or business law issues? Are you aware of how your immaterial rights are handled in connection to a collaboration agreement? Are you at risk of taking on things that you cannot answer for, for instance in a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) where the public authority is still obligated to hand out documents? Do you know how the legal system in another country handles potential contract disputes? The legal counsel at the external ralation office work with these questions, but can also be of assistance in other legal matters.
