The Policy for Materials Produced at Lnu and the Guidelines for the Management of Intellectual Property and Rights set out Linnaeus University's stance on material created at the University.

It also sets out how intellectual property rights are to be managed to ensure that the interests of the University and its employees are safeguarded so that academic openness and the continued development and dissemination of knowledge are promoted.
