Hosting international research conferences

Aligned with Linnaeus University's Vision 2030 and Goals 2030, strategic funds for internationalisation are allocated to promote international research collaboration, increase our international visibility and support the pursuit of excellence in international research conferences hosted by the university.

The call for 2026 is finalised. A new call is expected to open late autumn 2026 for hosting international research conferences in 2027.

The funds are transferred to the department after the conference is completed and the costs have been reported for as in the document below.
