This video is just a short overview of what Moodle is and what it can do. It is pretty generic in its nature but may give you an insight in what a Learning Management System like Moodle is all about.
Guides in Moodle
We have built in interactive guides to Moodle to lead the way for you. Click the button "Guides" in the lower corner and depending on where you are in the system you will see different guides helping you. There is also blue guide buttons showing on different places on the pages guiding you on how to handle a specific task.
We recommend you to enter a course room first and then click the Guide button as a starting point.
If you click the question mark at the bottom of Moodle you will also see links to user guides at moodle.org
Video guides
At our media portal, play.lnu.se, you can find our video guides. We recommend starting with the getting started videos and instructions to guide you through the most common questions on how it works.
On YouTube you can also find tons of videos. We recommend videos from Moodle.org. For instance, start with this: Introduction to Moodle for Educators

Guide to successful courses
Are you familiar with our portal on success factors for courses? The address is https://kursdesign.lnu.se/welcome/.
It is a comprehensive resource for the knowledge base in distance or online learning. Here, we have identified five areas that capture the challenges you need to address when transitioning to designing courses and teaching online. We have also summarized conclusions within these themes in design principles for an online course that you may need to consider.
The latest addition to the resource is the tab "In-depth" for those who want to read more about certain areas. Here you will now find, among other things, short films that provide concrete tips for broadened participation and accessibility.
