Appointment profiles

Before a recruitment, a profile for the position is developed. The employment profile forms the basis for the advertisement for the vacancy. It contains a job description and the skills that are required and valued in the selection process.

The appointment profile determines which applicants are eligible for the position. When recruiting teachers, the appointment profile is based on the qualifications and assessment criteria described in Linnaeus University's appointment procedure.

Below are the templates that are used when developing an appointment profile. The template is supplemented with current writings describing the department where the recruitment will be made.
