University Archives and Registry

The Linnaeus University central archives and registrys main responsibility is the coordination and development of the university information and case management in accordance with laws and regulations. That entails among other things:

  • Establish and update local decisions for record management
  • Develop the university information and case management
  • Develop administrative practices together with the organisation where case management and archiving is part of the practices
  • Responsibility for quality assurance and monitoring of the records management at the university
  • Plan and execute education/training in the field of records management
