Health-promotion may be as simple as listening to your mind and body and then restoring your energy in different ways.
We offer the following services
- A conversation about your health, quality of life and lifestyle-related factors
- Checking blood pressure, pulse, blood values, blood sugar, weight, height and urinalysis.
- Fitness test
- Nordic walking: We offer basic instruction, and you may borrow poles free of charge. You may choose to walk in a group, and come back as often as you like. Takes about 30 minutes.
- Light therapeutic massage of hands. Takes about 40 minutes.
