About the lecturer
Henrik Summanen is a linguist and archaeologist working with digital change in the museums and cultural heritage business since 2001. He works at The Swedish National Heritage Board, is a member of the EU-commission experts group for Digital Cultural Heritage and member of the advisory board of Swedish National Library.
The secretariat DIGISAM, at the Swedish National Heritage Board, works since 2011 with the coordination of the digitization, the usability and the preservation of the digital Swedish cultural heritage. This entails all aspects of digital transformation. The digital maturity of the leaders in the sector is a key factor for success, as is the long-term perspective regarding technical investments and recruitment.
