Lecture about international internship through the United Nations Association of Sweden
Are you interested in working internationally in the future? Are you curious about the UN and the Sustainable Development Goals? Take the first step and apply for an international internship through the United Nations Association of Sweden.
Emma Modéer Wiking has just completed a six-month long internship with focus on human rights and democratization in South Caucasus at the United Nations Association of Georgia.
Emma will share her experiences from the internship and give information about the UN-Association of Sweden´s international internship program. Emma will also talk about how the UN-Association of Sweden is working with Agenda 2030 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals in Sweden and world wide. The attendees will also receive information about how to get involved locally and globally through the UN-Association of Sweden and how to participate in UN projects, lectures, courses and how to apply to the international internship program with fieldwork in Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Georgia or Armenia.
Emma has studied Political Science and Economics at Lund University and Russian History and Politics at St. Petersburg State Univeristy in Russia. For the past years, she has been studying and working in Eastern Europe, most recently in Georgia.
