Linnaeus University International Staff Training Week 2019
"How to build intercultural competence for Internationalisation at Home with Summer Schools as an example"
The seventh edition of Linnaeus University International Staff Training took place during May 13th - 17th, 2019 in the cities of Kalmar and Växjö, the two campuses of Linnaeus University in Sweden.
The week offered both faculty and staff opportunities to learn and share about competencies required for working in intercultural environments within higher education. Staff training and professional development took place through various workshops with both international participants as well as staff and faculty from Linnaeus Univeristy, and through job-shadowing colleagues at Linnaeus University.

- It was interactive. Talking was the center and communication with participants - it was not a conference type where you sit, listen and go home.
