Lunch retreat - open mindfulness meditation

Welcome to the Student Welfare Office' drop in lunch retreat.

Come and sit for half an hour and rest your head, every Wednesday at 12.30. We meet in the Meditation room/Silent room in house H. 

Release your shoulders and breathe. We use meditation and mindfulness to stay with ourselves for a while. We are often an international group and when that is the case we breathe in English. No previous experience of mindfulness or meditation is needed.

Open for all students, no pre-registration.
