Do you want to reduce stress, increase mobility and calm you mind?
This is a soft, slow form of yoga. You hold a pose for about 3-5 minutes. It´s a combination of stretch and meditation at the same time. The purpose of yin yoga is to practice relaxation in the muscles and stretch the connective tissue. Yin yoga helps you to let go of mental stress, reduces tightness in the tissue, increases your mobility and calm down the mind.
