Yin yoga for students, Kalmar

Do you want to reduce stress, increase mobility and calm you mind?

This is a soft, slow form of yoga. You hold a pose for about 3-5 minutes. It´s a combination of stretch and meditation at the same time. The purpose of yin yoga is to practice relaxation in the muscles and stretch the connective tissue. Yin yoga helps you to let go of mental stress, reduces tightness in the tissue, increases your mobility, helps you to calm down and recover.
We´ll meet each Monday for an eight weeks course during spring 2025. Only sign up if you can take part each session. Sign up latest January 27. Practical info is obtained the week before the course starts. Sign up by sending an e-mail to Gunilla Carrington
