Yoga flow, Kalmar

Too much stress, always on the autopilot, never here and now? Difficulties to relax or just a stiff body? You´ll notice remarkable difference, if you practice yoga flow on a regular basis.Yoga flow is a dynamic, modern form of yoga. You´ll do soft, flowing movements synchronized with breath. In this form of yoga you´ll practice balance, strength, coordination, mobility and breath. It´s fun, sometimes sweaty. The purpose is stillness in motion to increase wellbeing.

You sign up for an eight week course during spring 2025. Only apply if you can take part in each session. Practical info is obtained the week before the course starts. Open for all students, including PhD. Sign up before January 29 to Gunilla Carrington
