Are you a doctoral student? Learn more about how to use and approach AI as a doctoral student and as a researcher.

The seminar will be held in English and is part of a seminar series for PhD students.

During the seminar, Jenny Christiansson, ICT educator at the Division of Higher Education Pedagogy, will address questions such as:

  • As a PhD student, you need to approach AI both in the role of a student and as a researcher.
  • The importance of understanding the risks and consequences, both in terms of how it affects learning and in relation to research ethics risks.
  • Ethical aspects of using AI in research and publishing.
  • Opportunities that AI can offer to you as a doctoral student and as a researcher.

About the seminar series

Welcome to participate in a series of seminars in different fields that help you navigate through your doctoral education.

The series will provide you as a doctoral student with important information about different aspects of your studies. It will train you in general competences, preparing you both for the research process during your studies and for a life after your graduation. The seminars are aimed at all doctoral students at Linnaeus University, independent of which subject or faculty you belong to.
