We´ll meet in two different workshops. The purpose is to change habitual, negative behavioral patterns to increase overall health. To improve self-leadership and to build skills to tackle obstacles and setbacks.The workshops will take place on:
Thursday February 13 at 16:00 - 17:30 pm.
Thursday March 6 at 16:00 - 17:30 pm.
Part I: You´ll get scienced based tools for how to improve your physical and mental health. You´ll learn how to build new habits, the importance of healthy relationships and how to become better at professional networking.
Part II: We will do a follow up from our first workshop. Then we´ll focus on how you can become a good leader of yourself and be able to tackle obstacles and build resilience.
To sign up, email sofie.edstrom@lnu.se latest Feb 7. To sign up you need to be a student or employee at the university. Make sure you can participate on both workshops before signing up. You´ll get tools to start your own behavioral change in between the sessions.
