We´ll meet three times during lunchtime for a shorter inspirational talk and discussions. The purpose is to change habitual, negative behavioral patterns to increase overall health. To improve self-leadership and to build skills to tackle obstacles and setbacks.You are welcome to bring your own lunch to eat during the seminar.
The course consists of three on-campus meetings on the following dates:
Part I: Improving physical and mental health - September 26th, 12.15 - 1pm
Part II: Connection to others and networking - October 10th, 12.15 - 1 pm
Part III: Self-leadership and resilience - October 31st, 12.15 - 1 pm
To sign up, email sofie.edstrom@lnu.se latest Sep 24. To sign up you need to be a student or employee at the university. Make sure you can participate on all three seminars. You´ll get tools to start your own behavioral change in between the sessions.
