Graduation exhibition: "What’s going on?"
“What’s going on?” is the 2024’s graduation exhibition of Linnaeus University’s Design Department. The space, designed by the third year of Design+Change bachelor program, will showcase their final graduation projects together with the Design+Change master program and the MSC Innovation through Business, Engineering and Design master program , specialization design. Held in Växjö, at Kungsgatan 5, the exhibition space will be open to the public from the 30th of May to the 2nd of June, with an opening vernissage on the first day.

The exhibition serves as a testament to the transformative power of design, its impact on our world and the positive change it can make. This vibrant showcase spotlights the exceptional talents of the students , and it aims to bring a wave of change and innovation to tackle pressing global challenges. From social justice initiatives to eco-conscious fashion, each project reflects a deep commitment to creating a more sustainable and inclusive world.
The students hope to share their vision as the next generation of change-makers who are ready to revolutionize industries and reshape our collective future through design thinking. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with the creators of thirty-one projects, gaining insights into their creative process and the inspiration behind each project at the Grand Opening.
Visitors can expect to encounter groundbreaking solutions, all infused with an empathic perspective that seeks to understand and address the needs of diverse communities and stakeholders. With the same mindful approach, the bachelor students designed the exhibition to be inclusive to all visitors. Information about each project will be accessible to participants by downloading the app “NaviLens” and scanning a QR code that will provide an audio description.
