Workshop Computational thinking in education
Welcome to participate in our workshops focused on exploring the ideal state of computational thinking (CT) in education.
CT is considered a prerequisite for entering the world of AI, which is beginning to shape the learning landscape of schools. These workshops are designed to engage you as teachers along with other key stakeholders in a collaborative and participatory process to examine the current situation and envision the future of CT education, and to discuss practical strategies for achieving it in your school and classroom.
Kick off the first workshop with some fun hands-on activities, where you'll get to play around with robotics and programming while diving into CT concepts. We'll also talk about the current challenges and even some worst-case scenarios if we do not update our current approaches. In our second workshop, we'll brainstorm together to shape our dream version of CT education. Your insights will be invaluable for creating a shared vision for the perfect CT education system.
We hope you can join us for these engaging workshops, which aim to shape the future of CT education. Please let us know if you can attend by Wednesday the 9th of October and Wednesday the 16th of October. We look forward to your participation and hearing your insights on this important topic.
