a workshop about the very foundations of being an agent of change – how we ground ourselves as individuals

It may seem indulgent to consider ourselves as individuals in light of global challenges, such as climate change and social injustice. But what if grounding ourselves as individuals – the level of ME - actually is a precondition for making urgent change, is and the unmissable stop on a powerful journey from ME to WE to WORLD and Back again.

This workshop is for:

• You who are curious about how work as an individual related to making impact in the world.
• You who would like some tools for beginning a journey at ME.

The workshop consists of two parts.
Grounding ourselves in the body to prepare for a journey of change with Vera Maeder, Senior Lecture in Design, Linnaeus University. Vera Maeder is a performer, director/choreographer and concept maker and co-founder of Hello!Earth which creates participatory performances.

Exploring capabilities at ME through meditation and reflective writing with Mathilda Tham, researcher and a curator of the exhibition Earth Logic Design Agency.
