Linnaeus Workshop on Stochastic Analysis and Applications 2025
The Linnaeus Workshop of Stochastic Analysis and Applications is an annual conference series since 2010, focusing on stochastic processes, differential equations, and their real-world applications. The 2025 workshop will be held from 16-20 June, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration in stochastic analysis and complex systems.
The Linnaeus Workshop of Stochastic Analysis and Applications is a series of conferences which is held on an annual basis since 2010. The conference will address the following topics but is open for more topics which involve stochastic evolution equations and stochastic processes:
- Stochastic (Partial) Differential Equations
- Numerical aspects of time-dependent stochastic differential equations and stochastic differential-algebraic equations
- Stochastic Calculus in general including Fractional Brownian Motion and rough noises.
- Stochastic dynamics, interacting particle systems and their scaling limits
- Stochastic processes, fractional and related models
- Applications in different fields
A particular concern is to foster joint scientific collaboration at the borderline between Stochastics, Analysis and Complex Systems, furthermore, to stipulate common grounds to infinite dimensional analysis, numerical methods, functional analysis, Gaussian analysis, Malliavin calculus and their application to real world problems.
We encourage in particular PhD students and early-stage researchers to participate. In particular, from 11th-14th of June, 2025 we organise the Young Summer School in Stochastic Analysis (YSSSA25), in which we focus on the training of PhD students and young researchers in the field of Stochastic Analysis.
