Welcome to the Student Welfare Office's drop-in lunch retreat Relax you mind.
Come and sit for half an hour and rest your head, every Wednesday at 12.30. We meet in the Meditation room/Silent room in house H.
Release your shoulders and breathe. We use techniques like meditation and mindfulness to stay with ourselves for a while. We are often an international group and speak English. No previous experience of mindfulness or meditation is needed.
Open for all students and PhD-students, no pre-registration.
