An information Kickoff with International Coordinators and former exchange students who will talk about the application process and share their best advice!
The application period for exchange studies opens on 14 October 2025 and you as students will soon have the opportunity to apply for studies abroad for the upcoming academic year/ after your studies if this is your last year. The application rounds for the 2026/27 academic year are divided into two phases:
- 14 October – 14 November: All available spots for the academic year 2026/27
- February – March: Remaining spots
To support you throughout the process, a series of information sessions and workshops will be held. These events are designed to provide you with the guidance and tools you need during the application period.
The activities will begin with the Study Abroad Kick-off which will take place in Kalmar on 9 October (14:00–15:00, Room Umbra). Snacks will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
As students, you will also have access to several Application Workshops, where you can get hands-on support with your exchange applications.
The deadline for applications is 14 November at 15:00.
