Södra and Linnaeus University both engage in the project EnTrust – a project bringing together 16 leading research institutions and companies from five European countries to establish a network of 11 doctoral candidates. The project focuses on demonstrating how data from the forestry and agricultural industry can be made available, governed, and exploited, and how the benefits of this can be divided in a fair way between forest holders, society, and companies. The project also promotes biodiversity.

During a couple of hours, we get to know more of the candidate’s findings, but we also investigate how this can be useful in our own work – how can the new knowledge give impact on data collection and governance, technology adoption and business models?
