New Five Minute Science Film

How can drones, satellites and AI help us understand forests, tree by tree?
In the latest film in the Five minute science series, PhD student Esra Sengun presents her research on remote sensing and shows how new technology can support smarter and more sustainable forest management.

Five minute science is The Bridge’s film series designed to share current research on forests, sustainability and innovation in an accessible way. In short films, researchers present their projects, explain why they matter, and show how they can contribute to solutions to societal challenges.

The films are intended as tools for knowledge sharing and dialogue and can be used in a variety of contexts within each partner organisation.
