What did you study at Linnaeus University and when did you graduate?
First I studied the course creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation in a Swedish context at Linnaeus University Summer Academy (LUSA). After that, I also studied a master programme in leadership and management in international contexts. I graduated on June 2, 2017.
What do you work with now and what do you like most about your job?
I work at ICLT which is an English language school. I am office manager for the administrative staff. The best thing about my job is my staff; we are not just colleagues but also close friends. My greatest challenge is working with customer service.
What did you do to establish yourself on the labour market once you had completed your studies?
I had worked at ICTL for two years before I moved to Sweden to study. When I had completed my degree at Linnaeus University I went back home and got a new position at my old organisation, as office manager.
What was your student life like?
It was fantastic! I really liked the international atmosphere in Kalmar. I made friends for life and enjoyed the informal relationship with my teachers. I had great fun at student parties and other events.
What do you bring with you from your studies at Linnaeus University?
I acquired a lot of new knowledge within the field of leadership. I got to know myself better, the principles of leadership and how I can evaluate my own performance.
What is your relation with Linnaeus University today?
During my studies I worked as a student ambassador for the university and today I still have some commissions for the university that I can handle online from Armenia.
