Right now, we are experiencing issues uploading files to LnuPlay via the Mymoodle service.
The media files that are being uploaded by the user are not properly converted therefore cannot be played.
According to Kaltura this is because of a server issue that they had during the day. The issue should be resolved by now and the media files stuck in the queue are being processed. Given the fact that a lot of movies are in the queue right now, it can take a while before the movies are done converting and are ready to be played.
