[Solved] Problem to retrieve the LNU card (pass card)
Troubleshooting is under progress by our 3-party supplier. We hope to find a permanent solution soon. Meanwhile, the following solutions are available:
Creation of LNU cards
If you have trouble creating your LNU card on the https://lnukortet.lnu.se page, it may be because the photos you upload are not in JPG format. Upload in the correct format and try again.
Should it not help, the error is due to other technical reasons that we are currently working to resolve.
Print / Copy / Scan
Print / Copy / Scan can be done on the printers without your LNU-card. To print, you need to manually enter (or sign in) with your student account username and password on the printer.
Access to premises is also available without your LNU-card during the daytime. However, there may be some group rooms / premises that require passports.
The supplier has solved a part of the problem - no access on the new card.
Another part of the problem is that the photo uploaded to the card must be in .jpg format to work.
The supplier continues to work on a solution when it comes to throwing out of the system or receiving an error message when pressing "Order Pass Card".
There is currently a problem with retrieving the LNU card at: https://lnukortet.lnu.se/ We have contacted the supplier who is working to resolve the problem.
