On Monday 10 December the IT support in Kalmar will move its visiting address to building Radix at Universitetskajen together with info center.
On 10 December we will also change to a new issue tracking system “Easit”. If you have an open case since earlier and send an email to us you will receive an automatic email from “Easit” with a new case number. In connection to this, we will also introduce a new self-service portal where you can easily register, track, and update your cases. As from 10 December, you will find a link to self-service in the menu in the service portal.
As a result of the above, the IT support will be closed between 12 noon on 7 December and 10 am on 10 December.
