For the second year, Linnaeus University hands out the collaboration award University Partner of the Year in Kalmar County. The award will be handed out in connection to Guldfesten in Kalmar on 9 March. Three actors are final candidates for the award: Kalmar Energi AB, Infomaker Scandinavia AB, and Kalmar municipality, care administration.
The award is meant to visualise what collaboration with Linnaeus University looks like in practice. The three nominated organisations are all important partners to Linnaeus University when it comes to collaboration with students, researchers, internship positions, degree projects, lifelong learning, and innovation.
The award will be given to an actor that has distinguished itself in its collaboration with Linnaeus University and where the collaboration manifests the keywords curiosity, creativity, companionship, and utility.
The University Partner of the Year award was established in 2018 and is handed out to an organisation active in Kalmar County. The first recipient of the award was Örsjö Belysning AB.
