What are the benefits of having a mentor?
You get new perspectives on yourself and your upcoming work life and can discuss thoughts and ideas with someone who has experience of professional life.
It is rewarding to reflect on your knowledge, skills and personal qualities in relation to your future working life.
You get new perspectives on what it's like to work in your possible future line of business.
How does it work?
You set aside time to plan for and meet your mentor at the six get-togethers that you arrange together from the start-up meeting September 30th to the final get-together in April/May.
All Linnaeus university students can apply, but there are a limited number of places. Students second year or later are prioritised. Among the mentors there are people from various backgrounds, and you can choose specialisations like IT or leadership.
