Student som har distansstudier

Important for your distance studies

One week has now passed since Linnaeus University decided to switch over to web-based teaching due to the coronavirus. This is a major changeover for all of us; for students as well as for teachers and other staff at the university. It is now important that you, to some extent, find new forms for your studies.

We would like to emphasise how important it is that you get started with your self-studies as soon as possible and that you establish routines and a structure to ensure that your studies continue to run as smoothly as possible. We recommend that you take part of the lectures that are streamed and published by your teacher, this will help you get a good structure for your studies.

Linnaeus University has not closed down its operations and teaching has not been stopped, but the forms have been changed. Our support functions are still available, though partly in a different form than before. The University Library is still open during certain hours and you have access to our facilities and computer rooms.

Note! You will need your swipe card to get into most facilities. For more information on this, see Lnu.se/Student. There you will also find the latest news about the coronavirus. This can also be found on The Public Health Agency of Sweden’s website.
