Planned move of our server room affects access to IT services on Saturday–Sunday
All members of staff and students at Linnaeus University will be affected by the planned move of our server rom that will be carried out this weekend. During the course of the work, it will not be possible to use, among other things, your email, S:, P:, the register, Skype, and Office365.
The work will be initiated at 7:30 on 21 November through a move of the server rom from Västergård to building Vita in Kalmar. During the course of the work, a number of services will be inaccessible, among other things, your email, S:/P:, the register, Skype, and Office 365. It is estimated that the work will take all day, but some services may be affected also on Sunday.
Even though the work is carried out in Kalmar, it will affect all members of staff and students in both cities.
