Operations and activities in our facilities have decreased due to the coronavirus and fewer students and members of staff are in place. As a result, we now change the opening hours for the university’s entrances as from Monday 23 March. However, this does not mean that the university closes! Our service will still be open, only in a more digital form.
Weekdays are the following entrances open
Radix in Kalmar (entrances to our Info centers) is open at 8 am–2 pm
Falken in Kalmar is open 08 am–3 pm
building H in Växjö is open 08 am–3 pm
VUGI:s entréer in building J in Växjö are open 4 pm-7 pm
During other hours, students and members of staff can use their swipe cards to get in.
All other entrances will be locked 24 hours a day, but students and members of staff can use their swipe cards to get in.
Infocenter are open as usual.
The University Library will be open 10 am–3 pm, but you will need your swipe card to get in. Our library staff is available Monday–Friday via chat, email, and phone.
