New printing environment at Linnaeus University from week 47

During week 47–50, a new printing environment for printing, copying and scanning will be introduced at Linnaeus University.

How will this affect me?

• All printers (MFPs) will be replaced with new ones in the same place.
• New payment solution for print credit is introduced. The payment page, PCounterEasyPay, is being replaced.

Will I be able to print while the printers are being replaced?

Växjö

During weeks 47 and 48 you will be do printing to he old printers.

In week 49 the exchange of printers in Växjö begins, which means that there will be both old and new printers to print to.

Kalmar

Week 47 the exchange of printers begins in Kalmar, which means that there will be both old and new printers to print to.

How will I know if the old or a new printer is in place?

When a printer has been replaced, it says "NEW" and the name of the printer you should choose to use it.

What happens to my print credits when there is another payment solution?

Print credits in your account will be transferred to the new payment solution. The print credits will be visible in the new payment solution on Monday 22/11.

Can I add print credits meantime?

From Monday 22/11 onwards, it will no longer be possible to purchase print credits via the PCounterEasyPay page.

During weeks 47–48, you can visit the Info center for help refilling print credits. From week 49, you use the new web portal (prn.lnu.se) to buy print credits. Guides for printing and copying (support portal at Ricoh).
