Stricter recommendations for everyone who lives in or visits Kronoberg County 7–31 May
Kronoberg County now issues stricter regional recommendations. Among other things, you are recommended to limit your close contacts and abstain from indoor training in group. You should also use protective mask when travelling with public transport during rush hour and when there is crowding.
The stricter recommendations below apply for everyone who lives in or visits Kronoberg County as from 7 May until 31 May. Also people who have been vaccinated are recommended to follow these guidelines.
The following stricter recommendations apply in Kronoberg County:
- To really limit your close contacts outside the workplace and school by only spending time with people you normally meet, those you live with or a few friends and relatives from outside your household.
- That employers once again check to make sure that everyone who can work from home also are given the possibility to work from home.
- That the public does not arrange or take part in events or activities at which people gather in group, for instance parties or other social activities.
- That adults do not work out together in group indoors (does not apply to professional sports).
- That you go shopping alone and visit stores at times when there is no crowding.
- To wait with letting children and teenagers play games and take part in competitions.
- That adults and teenagers born before 2004 and earlier use protective masks when travelling with public transport on weekdays between 7 and 9 and between 16 and 18, and at other hours when there is crowding on buses and/or trains.
- That the use of protective masks is considered at workplaces where cases of covid-19 have been confirmed, in situations where it is not possible to avoid close contact between adults for longer periods of time (within 2 metres during more than 15 minutes within a 24-hour period).
