Two members of LNUC Concurrences promoted to full professors

Two senior members of the Linnaeus University Centre for Concurrences in Colonial and Postcolonial Studies have been promoted to full professors by the Vice Chancellor of Linnaeus University, following and internal and external review process.

Liv Nilsson Stutz has been promoted to professor of Archaeology and Stefan Eklöf Amirell – who is also the director of the Centre – has been promoted to professor of Global History.

The promotions confirm the Centre’s strength as a hub of research in Postcolonial Studies and Global History. All together there are currently eight full professors among the Centre’s twenty-five members.
