Do you want to arouse enthusiasm and interest in your research – while practicing making it comprehensible to everyone, and also gain international experience? Then you should participate in Linnaeus University's pitch competition for doctoral students!
The competition consists of two categories, EUniWell and SANORD. You choose which one you want to participate in. The winners get to participate in a course in research communication in France or take part in a conference in South Africa.
To participate in the competition, you must be accepted as a doctoral student at Linnaeus University with a planned defense after June 2023.
Your application must consist of a video where you pitch your research idea for a maximum of three minutes. The pitch is given as spoken word in English. Your application must also contain an abstract of a maximum of 250 words about your research idea. Your contribution must be submitted no later than at 16.00 on 12 October.
Interested? You can find full rules and instructions for the competition here (pdf).
